Meditation Classes
Beginners and advanced. held on Wednesday night. Guided by Reverends, your will learn how to calm down your mind and find your inner peace.
Tai Chi Classes
Beginners and intermediate. held on Friday afternoon. Tai Chi is an effective way to relax the body and help maintain the peace of mind. The teacher has been practicing Tai Chi for many years. Her experience and English speaking background will make this activity more benefit on you.
Vegetarian Cooking Class
Regularly run. The teachers at different terms may be from different background (e.g. Chinese and Italian etc), which provides options for students to learn different cooking styles.
Buddhism Study Class
Held on Wednesday night before mediation classes. The students will learn about the fundamental teachings of the Buddha, Buddhist philosophy, and its application in daily life.
Chinese Class
More and more western people are keen to know about Chinese culture. This class provides an opportunity for those who want to learn more about different culture and different way of life.
