Around the world, Sunday is a day for rest and wellness, and is often the best opportunity in our busy week to release stress and tension. Doing this helps us take care of our physical and mental wellbeing.
Nan Tien Temple understands that meditation is one of the most effective practices for reducing stress and anxiety, and for inviting in calm and peace to your body and mind. Here are just some of the amazing benefits of meditation:
- Less stress and more peace of mind
- Less headaches and tension
- Better sleep
- Better focus
- Feeling more connected
- More presence in daily life
- More creativity, and much more
Temple believes everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy these benefits of regular meditation, regardless of location as well as the challenging circumstances currently facing our society with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every Sunday 1:30-2:30pm attendees will be guided by the Venerable through a traditional Temple chanting procession, guided meditation, and dharma discussion.
Explore how to mindfully release tension from your body and mind as you cultivate presence awareness and connect with your inner self as well as enjoying an opportunity to learn about Dharma perspectives on a chosen topic each week, learning about new ideals.
Say, does it sound like an ideal Sunday of wellness? We humbly invite all regardless of background and experience to join us soon.
