|Mindful Check-In meditation app
Check-in allows us to transit from one setting to another. Be it a different physical location or a different group of people, checking in gives us an opportunity to get the body and mind ready for the new setting. The body and mind know how to adjust so that they can be balanced and peaceful. Take a moment to adjust the time you would like to meditate. The default is one minute. When you are ready, you may start the check-in app. Enjoy the process.

Venerable Master Hsing Yun introduced the “Dharma Words” as a way to share the Buddha’s teachings and inspirations with devotees and visitors. The “Dharma Words” differ from fortune telling in that they do not determine the fate of a person. Their purpose is to explain the Buddhist concept of karma – performing good deeds will bring good merit while wrong doings will bring bad karma.
