Bodhisattva Precepts are a set of moral codes found in Mahayana Buddhism to advance a practitioner along the path to becoming a Bodhisattva. Bodhisattva Precepts Retreat is held with Five Precepts Retreat in a two-day retreat with its objectives: to propagate Buddhism and promote the understandings of the Precepts; proper adherence to the Precepts; and cultivation of devotees' faith and practice will be reinforced resulting in purification of the human minds.
The retreat is offered to any Buddhist devotee, whether female or male, who is prepared to observe and practice the precepts in their daily life. In addition, after taking of the Precepts, thus after the retreat, one has the lifetime commitment to observe and practice the precepts. |
