A Prayer to Avalokitesvara Bodhisattava For Safety from The Wuhan Coronavirus Outbreak — Cultivation Tally
In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Nan Tien Temple has begun reciting the Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra to pray for the community in heeding to Buddhism’s compassionate call. May our thoughts of kindness resonate in the world and transform society.
As of today until 5th April 2020, we invite you to join us in prayer to find peace and calmness in uncertainty and seek the blessings of the Buddha.
On 5th April 2020, Nan Tien Temple is holding the Amitabha Triple Contemplation Service online, to commemorate the Qing Ming Festival (the day of paying respect to the deceased and ancestors) as well as to pray for those affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic. The Dharma service is an opportunity to transfer merits to your ancestors and deceased, praying for them to be reborn into the Western Pure land.
For more information about the Dharma service, please contact your local Fo Guang Shan branch temples.
